Please state colour choice upon ordering. Attach photos of desired colours if possible or contact to consult. Please be as specific as possible with colour requests. Additional measurements can be taken via message for custom cap construction. Ideal for smaller, larger or in between sizing or head shapes. See last photograph for custom measuring guide.
We provide "7 Days No Reason Return/Exchange".
That is, if you simply do not like it you can free return . We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges and returns of lace wigs that have not been cut, tampered or altered. Since human hair wigs are a hygienic hair product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously, we do not allow used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
Orders signed beyond 7 days:
If quality problem or our fault to send the wrong size, beyond 7 days, you can free return.
Items on sale cannot be refunded
Custom orders are also non refundable, as these pieces are made specifically for your needs and wishes. Ofcourse if there would be any problem with them, reach out to me, so we can figure out if the piece can be repaired.
