Standard Distribution Logistics: Orders with a product value less than 150 US dollars will be shipped using standard distribution logistics. Under normal circumstances, general parcels should reach your address within 10 days. However, please note that due to transportation and customs issues, the delivery time may occasionally be extended.
Shipping Destinations: Ulofey is pleased to offer worldwide shipping, providing access to our products across the globe. However, please be aware that we are unable to ship to certain regions, including North Korea, Sao Tome, Principe, Pitcairn Island, and Wallis and Futuna Islands. We do offer delivery to post office boxes via economic and standard shipping methods.

Return Policy
Orders signed within 30 days:
We provide "30 Days No Reason Return/Exchange".
That is, if you simply do not like it you can return . We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges and returns of lace wigs that have not been cut, tampered or altered. Since human hair wigs are a hygienic hair product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously, we do not allow used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
Orders signed beyond 30 days:
If quality problem or our fault to send the wrong size, beyond 30 days, you can return.
Items on sale cannot be refunded
